Refund Policy for My Gift Cardy

My Gift Cardy aims to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. We accept refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Conditions

Used Before: If the gift card code has already been used.
Invalid Code: If the gift card code is invalid.
System Error: If there was a system error affecting the functionality of the gift card.
Item Out of Stock: If the purchased item is out of stock.

After receiving your purchase, we recommend using it within 24 hours to ensure it is working correctly. We can only accept refund requests if a client reports an issue within 24 hours of receipt.

Any non-delivered order is eligible for a refund upon request. If an order fails verification, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours. After receiving your order and viewing your product key, refunds are only possible if the above-mentioned errors occur.

Clients can request a refund by contacting us through our Contact Us center and informing us of the error encountered. Our Refund Department will follow up with you as quickly as possible.
