By using this Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. H&M Gift Cards can be used in H&M stores and online at hm.com in the country where the card was purchased. Please keep your Gift Card as the balance can be topped up. The H&M Gift Card is valid for 3 years from the date of last activation or last purchase. After the validity period expires, the H&M Gift Card can no longer be used for purchases or reactivated. However, the remaining credit can only be refunded after 18 months from the date of activation or the date of its last topping up. The H&M Gift Card can be used until the balance on the card is zero. If the balance on the card remains zero for three months, the H&M Gift Card will lose its validity and cannot be reactivated or used again. H&M is not responsible for the loss, theft, damage or unauthorized use of the Gift Card. H&M reserves the right to interpret or change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
